On what subject(s) are you an authority?

When I was in Dubai, there were two places where I joined as a normal member and later I was elected into the committee. One was the Tamil Ladies Association  and the other one The Sathya Sai center.

Tamil Ladies Association where we have to organize monthly culture events. We had about 70+ members. It was organize for the family, only the membership was in the ladies name.

The Sai centre is a spiritual organisation  where we had weekly bhajans. This is the place I got my inspiration  to cook. There were special occasions where we used to distribute food in the labour camp. The number was 100th Plus. First you don’t know how much grocery or vegetables to buy. Slowly I  learned it with a person named Ramji, who i considered as my brother who helped in purchasing the right quantity.I can go on writing,it is a never ending story.
