CARROT RICE

Carrot rice

Ingredients

Rice—-1 cup, Carrot shredded —1/2 cup,

Pepper powder— 1tsp,

Fennel seeds— 1tsp,

Broken cashew nuts— 1tbsp,

Sesame oil—  3tsp,

Salt—1tbsp.

Method

Cook rice with salt and one tablespoon oil. Spread the cooked rice in a plate and allow it to cool. Heat the remaining oil in a pan, add the fennel seeds, sauté and add the cashews, fry, add the pepper powder, saute and now add the shredded  carrot and saute for a minute. Put of the flame. Now add the cooked rice and mix everything together gently, carrot rice is ready.
