Small Brinjal — 6-7
Tamarind —- small lemon size
Coconut —- 3/4 cup
Sesame oil —–3 tbsp
Dry red chilli —– 2
Coriander seeds —– 1 tsp
Toor dal —- 2 tsp
Urda dal —- 2tsp
Turmeric pwd — — 1/4 tsp
Salt —– 1 tsp
Jaggery ——- 1tsp
Pepper pwd —– 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds —- 1tsp
Few curry leaves.
