Carrot Moong Dal

A simple dal made healthy by add carrots. Quick and easy to make. Enjoy the orange color dal.
Ingredients 

Moong dal —– 1 cup
Carrot        —- 1/2 cup
Tomato  —- 1/2 cup
Green chili  — 2
Mustard seeds —- 1/2 tsp
Cummin seeds  —- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric pwd  —- 1/4 tsp
Asafetida  —-‘ 1/4 tsp
Salt  —- 3/4 tsp
Ghee   1 tbsp
