Enjoy Millet Maaa Ladoo.( I have used an extra ‘a’ to Maaa Ladoo because that is how my grandson calls it.)
Ingredients
Kodo Millet —- 1 cup
Brown top millet —– 1cup
Sugar —– 1 cup
Ghee 3/4 cup
Cardamom pwd — 1 tsp
Cashew nuts.
Method Dry roast both the millet separately till it’s changes. Cool them, powder it. Powder the sugar. Heat 1 tbsp Ghee and fry the cashews. Mix the powdered millet, powdered sugar, Cardamom pwd, fried cashews. Heat rest of the ghee add it to the millet mixture, mix well and make the ball. Enjoy Millet Maa Ladoo.
