What books do you want to read?
My morning starts with reading Newspapers when I have morning coffee. When I travel by train or bus for long travel i read Women Era or Filmfare. I used to read Novel by Perry Mason. Every Saturday I read two chapters Satya Sai Tapovan. I used to refer to the cook book that how I got inspired to create new dishes. I also published a book of my recipes

Upma is usually with rava/sooji. Here is a recipe where I have used rice flour, usually used to make puttu.
Ingredients
Puttu flour — 1 cup. Water. — 3 cups. Oil. —- 4 tbsp. .
Salt—- 1/2tbsp Peanut — 2tsp. Green chilli — 2. . Cut ginger — 1/2 tsp. Tomato —1,cut into small pieces Few curry leaves
Method
Keep the water boiling. Heat a pan,add the oil. Next add the cut ginger and green chilli fry them. Now add the peanut and saute them. Next add the tomatoes and strict .Now add the puttu flour and fry them for two minutes.Next add salt and ghee, mix everything together. Lower the heat and add the boiling water, keep string . when the water is observed completely put off the heat. Rice flour is ready.

I want to start a restaurant in the truck beside a beach. My son and I had planned to do it. We were making all the enquiries. Then Covid stuck and the plan got washed off.
