Raw papaya Thogayal

Ingredients

  Raw Papaya—- 2 cups.              Coconut — 1cup.                          Urda dal/ Black Lentil — 1/4 cup Dry Red chilli –2/3.     .  Tamarind –1 tbsp.    .        Oli—2tbsp                                     Salt —-    1/4 tbsp        

Method

Peel the skin of the raw Papaya and cut them into small pieces.  Take a pan, heat the oil and fry the urad dal and red chili until the dal changes colour lightly. Cool it . Add the fried ingredients and all remaining ingredients into a mix jar and grind it. Then add 1/4 cup of water and grind it. Raw papaya thogayal is ready.
