Ingredients
Poha/ Aval — 1 cup. Peanut —- 1/4 cup. Salt —- 1tsp. Red chilli powder — 1/2 tsp. Oil for frying .
Method
Health oil in a pan/kadai. Deep fry the peanut and keep it aside.Next low the heat and fry the poha / aval . Next add the deep fry the peanut to the fried poha. Now add salt, red chilli powder and mix everything together. Mixture ready.
